Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement of the product:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+91 8882 800 800) within 2 business days of receiving the order. Complaints received after 2 days of the shipment getting delivered shall not be entertained.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and mail us a written request to replace/the defective/wrong items in your order along with product pictures of the damaged products.
Step 3: In this case, we will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. The replacement/refund shall be initiated as soon as the damaged products reach our warehouse.
