Refund Policy

Furniture is a non-refundable items. If the delivered product is found to be defective, it will be repaired/replaced depending upon the category of product. Standard Warranties of the product shall apply as per the warranty terms of the brand. 

In case of cancellation of order, the refund would be processed within 7 working days as follows:

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we shall reverse the credit or credit the net banking account of the customer. 

If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, we would transfer the amount to the customer's bank account.

In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at the warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of us receiving the products back.

In any case, the issue for refund/replacement should be raised by the client within 2 working days of receiving the product and the client should provide images of the damaged products for verification.
